Personal Fitness is an activity for middle and high school students who want to learn lifetime wellness and health techniques to be well-rounded and healthy. Students train twice each week in the spring, setting individual physical and mental goals. The season concludes each spring with the MHMS Hawk Walk and Run 5K.
