Foreign Language

At our magnet school, we believe that language learning is essential for developing global citizens prepared for the interconnected world of today and tomorrow. Our Foreign Language Department offers a dynamic and rigorous curriculum in Spanish, Latin, and Chinese, designed to foster both fluency and cultural literacy.

To graduate from our program, students are required to complete 4 credits in a foreign language, with successful completion of at least Level 3. This ensures a strong foundation in communication skills, grammar, and cultural understanding.

Many of our students go beyond the classroom, demonstrating exceptional proficiency by passing national language exams in Spanish, Latin, and Chinese. Those who meet the criteria receive dual language recognition on their diploma—a prestigious distinction that highlights their bilingual or multilingual achievement.
