MHMS HAWK UNIFORM CONSIGNMENT SALE – Spring 2017
Friday, February 24, 2017, 2:30-5:30pm
Saturday, February 25, 2017, 10:00-2:00 (pre-sale for volunteers only 9:30am)
Unsold items will be in the cafeteria to pick up on Monday
If you plan to donate unsold items, please sign a donation release at drop-off.
All items not picked up by 12 p.m. on Tuesday will be donated.
What can I sale?
Gently used MHMS Dress Code approved items from French Toast, Land’s End or Parker ONLY.
Spirit wear and band/chorus uniforms will be accepted, Under Armour approved outer wear
All clothing must be on wire hangers. We will NOT accept them if they are on any kind of plastic hanger. We do not have enough space to accommodate plastic hangers.
When you are looking at the front of the item, the hanger should look like a questions mark and the tags should be attached at the top right side so that it is on the outside of the garment when it is hanging. See picture below.
Pants, skirts and shorts must be safety pinned to a wire hanger. Do not drape them over the hanger.
You must have a 3” x 5” card with all the information below safety pinned to each item
No plastic hangers, post-it notes, straight pins, clothes pins, paper clips, staples or clip hangers
This sale is run by volunteers through the PTO as a service to our families.
This is NOT a MHMS fundraiser. You set your price & receive 100% of the proceeds.
Checks are processed through the PTO and will be passed out the following week.

The mission of the MHMS Parent Teacher Organization is to build a strong sense of community and a strong foundation of support to the students, faculty, administration and families at MHMS. The PTO will provide a mechanism where everyone can come together to identify the student and teacher resource needs, freely express and exchange ideas, and establish and achieve goals that will enrich our children's educational experience.

Save your box tops and turn in groups of 50 in a baggie. Pleae make sure they aren't expired. Put your name, class, or order or pillar to get credit.
