Fourth Grade Supply List

2009-2010

Please bring supplies on the first day of school, not registration day.  Bring only Kleenex, paper towels, and wet wipes on registration day.  Students will need:

highlighter

sharpie marker

A one-inch 3 ring binder (no Trapper Keepers, please)

One set of 8 pocket index dividers for the binder (plastic)

Wide ruled notebook paper. No recycled paper, please. (replenish from home as needed)

Spacemaker brand storage box no larger than 5X8 inches

crayons, 16 count

1 package colored pencils

2 glue sticks

good quality scissors (avoid tiny ones for the very young)

Clorox wipes

package large index cards, any color, lined or unlined size 5”X7”

clear ruler that measures to 1/8ths (at least)

2 dry erase Expo markers

4 pocket folders with pockets and 3 prongs (1 of each color-red, orange, yellow, blue)

2 Mead spiral notebooks with perforated edges.  No pink or gray paper (70 or 100 sheets).

Several # 2 wooden pencils--store extras at home

3 tennis balls (old or new)

2 boxes tissues

1 roll paper towels

If you are a new student to the school, you will also need to purchase a black Avery Dennison 2 inch heavy duty 3 ring binder which will be used for a writing portfolio.

 

Parents, please open up the supplies at home and help your child pack their supplies into the storage box.  Send their supplies to school on the first day.  Thank you!
