Second Grade Supply List 09-10
2 boxes #2 pencils (10 count or more)
1 pair Fiskars pointed scissors
1 box or 24 crayons (no larger boxes please) Colored pencils and markers are optional but not required.
2 glue sticks
1 bottle of glue
1 box of Kleenex
1 clear shoebox with lid
10 pocket folders with brads (2-blue, 2-red, 2-yellow, 2-purple, and 2-green no plastic)
5 pocket folders no brads -no plastic
1 bag of individually wrapped candy or gummies for treat box (no gum please or nuts in case of allergies)
1 bag of toys for prize box (toys, stickers, pencils, etc... ****make sure there is nothing remotely related to weapons of any kind)
1 roll of paper towels
1 bottle of Clorox wipes
2 yellow highlighters
4 red ink pens
1 package of flat erasers
2 composition notebooks (bound-not spiral,)
1 clipboard (plain, brown, around 88c to $1)
1- 1 ½ inch binder (notebook) with clear pocket front, any color is fine
1- plastic pencil pouch –the kind with metal rings around the 3-holes with metal zipper lasts the longest (place inside binder, remove tags)
1 package of 5 plastic slash pockets for binders (open package, place inside binder behind pencil pouch)
Second grade fees are $65.00 and are due registration day.
Parents please note: We request that the children not bring trapper keepers, manual pencil sharpeners, or mechanical pencils. Please remove any individual items like erasers from the packaging and write your child’s name on them before bringing them to school. Please write your child’s name or initials on individual pencils and crayons. Their name does not need to be put on folders, Kleenex, wipes, etc…(things that are going to be for community use). Place pencils, scissors, glue, crayons, erasers, highlighters, and pens inside plastic shoebox. This saves us so much time on the first day of school. Please bring these supplies on registration day.
