Class Trips

March 10, 2010

Dear Parents,

Final documents meetings are now scheduled for all students attending the MHMS trips with Thomas Tours during Spring Break.  Come and meet the chaperones, hear what you need to bring and learn what you need to do in preparation for these fun experiences.   A representative from Thomas Tours will be here to inform and address concerns.  You also will need to have a document notarized at this meeting and a notary will be made available for you for your convenience.

Meeting Date:  March 30, 2010

Times:  5:30 PM                          5th Grade Trip to Savannah, GA

6:00 PM                           8th Grade Trip to Washington, DC

6:30 PM                           9th/10th Grade Trip to New York City

If you have not paid your balance to Thomas Tours, please make sure that you are up to date.

Parent Resource

The Jason Foundation would like to introduce and offer the Parent Resource Program (PRP) to our schools piloting the Counseling Support Services (CSS).  The PRP was created to better educate parents, teachers and youth themselves about the alarming statistics of youth suicide. The topics range from "what can a parent do" to "do's and don'ts".
