Parent meeting

Golf team is
open to students beginning in the 8th grade. Tryouts
are in May. You must have your own clubs. The school does
not furnish golf clubs.
Parents and students are allowed to come and
watch a golf meet. Please feel free to come to any match and
walk around with your favorite golfer. Remember you must be
quiet and observe all rules of golf etiquette.
Requirements
Your own bag of clubs, golf balls, tees and glove (if you wear
one).
Lessons on your own would be helpful but not required.

scholarship...and you do NOT have to be scratch golfer to earn a
college scholarship. Go to
http://www.collegegolf.com/. There
is even a scoring converter to show you how your current ability
level will fit in the college golf world. You can actually put
yourself in one of last year's tournaments to see how you would
finish in the event. All college programs are listed in every
division. Each one will give you the coach's name, address,
phone number, e-mail, the average test scores for admission,
whether or not scholarships are offered, tuition and room and
board costs. It is well worth it to purchase access to this
